Early Years Services Information System

Mothercraft supported Ontario Early Years Centres (OEYCs) in establishing tools for tracking and reporting participation in their Centres' programs. Mothercraft developed the Early Years Services Information System (EYSIS) in Microsoft® Access.

EYSIS is a program registration and participant-tracking data management tool that represents an integrated, streamlined and centralized approach to data collection, recording and reporting. It includes components such as family/person registration, program/participant tracking, resource lending tracking, volunteer management as well as report-generating capabilities. EYSIS was used widely in Toronto and across Ontario but is no longer funded or supported by Mothercraft.
